Fabrication of high-purity HfSi2 powder via molten salt-assisted magnesium thermal reduction

In this work, high-purity HfSi₂ powders were successfully fabricated via a molten salt-assisted magnesium thermal reduction method using HfO₂ and Si as raw materials. The effects of reaction temperature and time on the formation of HfSi₂ were systemically investigated. The morphological and phase composition of as-prepared HfSi₂ powders were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and nitrogen/oxygen determinator. The results indicated that as-obtained HfSi₂ powders possess the orthorhombic structure with approximately 6.4 μm in size and the oxygen content as low as 0.20%. This work can provide a novel route to fabricate the high-purity transition metal silicides powders.     

自然时效对GT35合金组织与性能的影响

采用XRD、SEM、残余应力测试仪、维氏硬度计、测长机等手段对合金物相、微观组织、残余应力、硬度、线膨胀率进行表征,研究自然时效对GT35合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,GT35合金在自然时效过程中,增强相TiC的形貌与粒径没有明显变化。当自然时效时间小于15天时,GT35合金的硬度、残余应力与线膨胀率逐渐增加,随后逐渐减小并趋于稳定。当自然时效超过90天后,GT35合金的组织与性能趋于稳定,其硬度、残余应力和线膨胀率分别为945.7 HV5、-184 MPa和-2.22×10^-5。     

10×1019 cm-2快中子辐照国产A508-3钢材料的小冲杆试验研究

小冲杆试验方法以其所需测试样品尺寸小而带来的样品感生放射性小等优势，越来越多地应用于核材料力学性能评价领域。本文设计了一套利用光栅尺直接测量样品变形的小冲杆试验装置，较传统装置精度有明显提高。利用该套装置对注量为10×1019 cm-2（E≥1 MeV）快中子辐照的国产A508 3钢材料进行了小冲杆测试研究，探索了针对放射性样品从制备到测试的试验方法，并获得了国产A508 3钢材料的小冲杆屈服特征值、抗拉特征值和韧脆转变温度与标准试验之间的关系式。     

深层地埋管换热器换热性能模拟及稳定性研究

以深层地源热泵地埋管换热器为研究对象,对其换热特性进行数值模拟和实验研究。建立考虑轴向地温梯度的深层地埋管换热器传热模型并进行模拟计算,通过示范工程现场测试数据验证该模型的正确性。对深层地埋管换热器换热的性能稳定性进行研究,发现深层地埋管换热器连续长期运行及间歇长期运行下换热性能基本稳定。当按不同运停比运行时,岩土温度恢复效果良好。研究结果表明深层地源热泵有较好的换热性能及运行稳定性,为深层地热能的开发利用提供了新思路。     

建筑固废对GRC 性能影响研究

本文对建筑固废制备GRC进行了研究,通过物理性能、力学性能和抗冻性三方面对再生GRC进行性能表征,同时探讨了建筑固废的取代掺量对再生GRC各项性能的影响。试验结果如下:采用喷射成型工艺,再生GRC的力学性能在废混凝土10%,废尾矿10%和废砖1%取代掺量下达到最优,而后随着掺量的增加力学性能逐渐降低。建筑固废的掺入对再生GRC的物理性能没有明显影响。25次冻融循环后再生GRC没有发现冻融破坏现象,且质量损失在0.2%以下。     

Robot motion design using bunraku emotional expressions – focusing on Jo-Ha-Kyū in sounds and movements*

One of the UNESCO intangible cultural heritages Bunraku puppets can play one of the most beautiful puppet motions in the world. The Bunraku puppet motions can express emotions without the so-called ‘Uncanny Valley.’ We try to convert these emotional motions into robot affective motions so that robots can interact with human beings more comfortable. In so doing, in the present paper, we present a robot motion design framework using Bunraku affective motions that are based on the so-called ‘Jo-Ha-Kyū,’ and convert a few simple Bunraku motions into a robot motions using one of deep learning methods. Our primitive experiments show that Jo-Ha-Kyū can be incorporated into robot motion design smoothly, and some simple affective robot motions can be designed using our proposed framework.     

碎边剪稳定运行影响因素分析
